(mailcap-mime-data): Various adjustments.
(mailcap): New group.
(mailcap-download-directory): Customize.
(mailcap-generate-unique-filename, mailcap-binary-suffixes)
(mailcap-temporary-directory): Deleted (unused).
(mailcap-unescape-mime-test): Simplify slightly.
(mailcap-viewer-passes-test): Use functionp.
(mailcap-command-p): Aliased to executable-find.
